Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The digital real estate agency, Agence the Papa, has announced the recruitment of 1,000 employees to support its national development in nine of France's main cities: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lille, Montpellier, Nantes and Strasbourg. Created in Nice in July 2019, the digital real estate agency is looking for commercial real estate agents and heads of commercial sector.
The future employees will be able to rely on the company's recent innovations: an all-in-one business platform and the implementation of the contactless mandate (the seller prepares a video to present the property to the buyer). The company digitises the real estate transaction process, breaking the codes of the real estate market and also its traditional pricing practices by offering a fixed commission of €2,000, regardless of the property put up for sale. Currently this market strategy has enabled Papa's Agencies to establish itself as the leader in low-cost commission in France.
