Description
Lou Légumes, the family food company specialising in fresh mushrooms, has announced the recruitment of 150 people on permanent contracts from March 2021. Some recruitments will be made earlier to train the workforce that will be assigned to a new mushroom farm. This new 11,500 square meter site will include 26 organic mushroom growing rooms for an investment of €12 million. It is located in Landivy (Mayenne). The annual production capacity will be around 4,500 tons of organic mushrooms. Construction work is expected to begin in September. Delivery is planned in one year's time for a scheduled opening in June 2021.
