Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The STUDI company, which specialises in online training programs, announced the recruitment of 110 employees by July. The group, which is based in Pérols, near Montpellier (Hérault), Soissons (Ain) and Paris, currently has 210 employees, three fully online schools and a VOD training site. Of the 110 new hires, 90 positions on permanent contracts and apprenticeship contracts are planned in Pérols. The majority of the open positions concern the sales department with 65 sales people and 4 sales managers. However, Studi is also looking for teaching assistants, HR assistants and full-stack developers. On the strength of its dynamic growth, the company will launch two new full online schools between now and the start of the new school year in September.
