Description
The spa centre Lázně Teplice has announced 160 redundancies, which accounts for nearly half of the spa's staff. The main reason for the restructuring is the economic impact of COVID-19 pandemic. The spa management expects to open only part of its facilities after the coronavirus crisis. After the reopening, the spa will not be able to operate spa care to the same extent as before. Because of the restricted mobility and closure of the borders, the spa will lose foreign clients, which form a large part of the spa guests. The dismissed employees were promised to be taken back by the company after reopening of the borders.
