Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Altran Technologies, the global innovation and engineering consulting firm, plans to hire more than 200 highly qualified professionals with STEM skills during 2020 for its 11 Spanish offices (mostly in Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, Castilla y León and the Basque Country) to develope projects in the automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, life sciences, railways, financial services and telecommunications sectors. The company has created more than 300 new positions in Spain during last three years, 200 of them in 2018.
